Festival Information

The 2023 SC Pecan Music and Food Festival marks its 19th annual event on Saturday, November 4, 2023. This exciting one-day festival has delighted residents and visitors alike and is the area’s largest event, drawing over 50,000 attendees each year. The festival consistently wins Best of the Pee Dee awards and has been featured in numerous national publications such as Travel + Leisure Magazine Online and AAA’s Go Magazine.

The festival takes up several blocks in Historic Downtown Florence and the festival grounds are open from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. The SC Pecan Music and Food Festival has FREE admission, and visitors are encouraged to use the Park and Ride shuttle service to avoid going nuts in festival traffic.

Restrooms

Portable restrooms are located throughout the festival grounds and can be found on S. Dargan Street near the Kids Fun Zone, at the amusement ride area on S. Irby Street, near the Main Stage on S. Irby Street, in the Central United Methodist Church parking lot on S. Irby Street, and at the intersection of Cheves and Irby Streets. Maps are available at any soft drink and beer booth noted by the flags.

Festival-goers will be able to pull up a web app to help navigate through the various areas of the SC Pecan Music & Food Festival. No downloads are required, and QR codes to pull up the web app will be available at each beer and pecan booth, noted by the beer or pecan flags, as well as all major attraction areas.

Lost and Found

The festival maintains a lost and found area at our Pecan HQ office, located at 128 S. Irby Street next to S/W Printing. After the festival, all lost and found items will be taken to 324 W. Evans Street (the City Center) and will be kept for 60 days after the festival for attendees to claim. 

First Aid

Festival first aid is provided by the Florence County CERT Team, who can be found in Non-Profit Row near the Main Stage on Irby Street. Please call 911 in the event of a medical emergency.
